Double Deck Max 6 Car Hauler Trailer

Open commercial car carrier trailers feature a double-decker design. Each deck is divided into multiple independent ramps equipped with hydraulic systems. These hydraulics allow each ramp to be tilted and lifted separately, enabling precise positioning. Unlike flatbed tow trucks designed for non-running vehicles, car carriers lack winches or loaders; instead, vehicles must be driven onto the ramps under their own power. The hydraulics adjust the ramps to a sloped position for loading. Once a vehicle is driven on, it's secured directly to the ramp floor using chains, tie-down ratchets, or wheel straps. After securing, the hydraulic system can tilt the ramp in any direction, allowing for optimal stacking of vehicles within the trailer.
